This Trip Expense Calculator will help you track your vacation expenses, note who paid for which expense and who will be absorbing or owing for the costs.
This Vacation Cost Splitter keeps track for up to 10 different people.
It's flexible and allows you to enter in what each person paid and what each person is now owing. It doesn't assume you're splitting all costs evenly. For example, if 3 people are paying for a $600 accommodation cost, the calculator will not assume each person will pay $200 ($600 divided by 3). You can state that the person who paid for the accommodation will absorb $400 of the cost and the other 2 will owe $100 if that's how you want to structure that cost split.
If you make a mistake like the amount paid not equaling the amount owing, this Holiday expense splitter will highlight the error.
